Terms of Service
Document version: v2
1. Service
The Service is a cloud-based web application with two main areas: (1) golf expense recording and settlement support, and (2) golf competition (compe) management and support for organisers and participants (including scores, rankings, and related workflows as implemented). Features may change or be added over time.
By creating or using an account, or by otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or as required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with other users, distributing malware, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Service.
5. Data and backups
You are responsible for maintaining copies of data that are critical to you where appropriate. Operation of the Service depends on networks, hosting, and third-party infrastructure outside our full control.
6. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Disclaimer by posting new versions and, where required by law, by additional notice.
Material changes may require you to confirm agreement again before continued use, in line with the consent process implemented in the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for operational, legal, or security-related reasons, typically with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended for use where the Company (Future Spirits Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.) provides the Service. Unless mandatory consumer or other laws provide otherwise, the laws of Malaysia shall apply.
Users in other countries (including Japan) may also have mandatory protections under local law that cannot be waived; nothing in these Terms is intended to override such protections.
9. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the administrator of your organisation’s use of the Service or reach the Company through the contact channels published on the corporate website.
These Terms are provided as a general-purpose draft for a small and medium-sized cloud web service. They do not constitute legal advice. If you commercialise or materially expand the Service, obtain review by qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdictions (including Malaysia and, where applicable, Japan).
