1. Service overview

The Service is a cloud-based platform provided by Future Spirits Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Company”). It supports (1) golf expense recording and settlement-style workflows between users, and (2) golf competition management and day-of support for organisers and participants, within the scope of implemented features.

Users agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and this Disclaimer when using the Service.

2. Personal information and registered data

The Company endeavours to implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to help prevent unauthorised access, leakage, alteration, loss, or similar incidents affecting information you register in the Service.

However, internet communications, cloud services, shared hosting environments, and other external factors cannot be completely eliminated. The Company does not guarantee absolute security, permanent availability, or complete prevention of loss of registered data.

Users should, where appropriate, maintain backups of important data at their own responsibility.

3. No warranty as to the Service

The Company does not warrant that:

• the Service will always be available without interruption;
• system failures, communication failures, or failures of external services will never occur;
• registered data will be preserved permanently;
• the Service will fully satisfy every user’s particular purpose;
• unauthorised access, malware, or third-party attacks can be completely prevented.

4. Limitation of liability

Except where the Company has engaged in wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Without limiting the foregoing and to the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• loss of data;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• indirect damages;
• special damages;
• consequential damages;
• disputes involving third parties.
